About Lynne Olenak
For over twenty years, it has been my great passion to be a part of helping people map out their futures and find a place to call home. The seeds of this passion were planted during my years as an elementary school teacher where I developed the skills of paying attention to minute details, big-picture thinking and bringing out the best in people.
While I truly loved being an educator, becoming a REALTOR graced me with time for my children and granted the freedom to create a meaningful business of my own.
Throughout the past few years, I’ve had the honor of helping some of my past students purchase their first homes and more importantly, build their futures. I am constantly struck by how fortunate I am to have been in this business as long as I have. It is purposeful work that has grown well beyond my initial goals and vision.
I am lucky to work with repeat and referral clients and am humbled to live and work in the local community. I combine my real estate knowledge with top-notch client service to create winning transactions, and because I develop close relationships with my clients, I take my fiduciary responsibility for their needs very seriously.
I am fortunate to be a part of the Sereno Group leadership team as the No Fear Trainer to new sales agents. I also contribute a portion of all my sales commissions to our community based philanthropic initiative, 1% for Good.
When I am not organizing the flow of a transaction or showing homes, you will find me in the kitchen testing out new recipes for all things sweet, especially cookies or researching the best cupcakes, ice cream and frosting!
